A welcoming apartment, with 4 bedrooms(sleeps 8) with private bathrooms, large living room with Home Cinema corner, dining room, large panoramic terraces, gardenwith infinity Jacuzzi pool as well as a solarium.
This ancient historical residence dates back to the 15th century, located in the old town of Amalfi, just 8 minutes from Piazza del Duomo, where you can find the Amalfi Cathedral, boutiques, restaurants, and bars with outdoor tables.
The apartment is over 340 sq.m.: 215 sq.m. of home interiors, 85 sq.m. of terraces and 40 sq.m. of solarium. Cleaning service included: 4 hours a day, 6 days a week.
The entrance, through a private access, leads to a large living room from which you can access the bedrooms, the dining room, and the kitchen.
There is a splendid internal tiled courtyard accessible both from the kitchen and from the living room; from the latter it is possible to access both the services rooms where the laundry is also located, and the garden with solarium and the spa pool.

No private parking area is available, but the 'Luna Rossa' public parking is a few minutes away from the residence and can be reached by two different lift systems adjacent to the parking lot:
– From the lift system uphill from the house, and then 74 steps back up to reach the house.
– From the house to the lift system lower down the hill there are 95 steps down.
You can also opt for private parking with valet service to be booked.
