The property surrounding the house covers a total of 3 hectares. The large parking area, with four spaces covered by dense orange bignonia creeper, is located a short distance from the house, reachable along a stone ramp. The garden extends over one level with well-kept areas of green lawn, dotted with olive trees, luxuriant bushes of white and purple buddleia, lavender, rosemary, wild sage and colourful flower beds. The surrounding spacious, well-kept areas invite guests to spend their days outdoors and admire the splendid view over the expanses of cultivated fields up to the hills that surround the charming little medieval town of Cortona. Close to the house are a romantic, vine-covered iron gazebo with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a wooden gazebo with armchairs and little table, shaded by climbing wisteria and jasmine. Both the house and the annex face the fenced-in pool with large lawn and stone-paved solarium, bordered on one side by high hedges behind which a modern solar panel system has been installed for use of the property.
